The formal announcement and presentation of the plaque in Captain Barr's honor was held in March of 2019 at Headquarters & Station 1 for Sun Prairie Fire & Rescue.  This was just weeks before our 2019 Milwaukee Honor Guard Clinic.  Sun Prairie Fire & Rescue's Chief of Department will select the first recipient for Captain Barr's Memorial School from his organization for our 2020 Milwaukee Honor Guard Clinic.
